Tequila Lime Marinade

3 Tbsp Orange Juice Concentrate (thawed)
3 Tbsp Tequila (or water)
2 Tbsp Lime Juice
1 tsp grated ginger root
1/2 tsp dried oregano, crushed
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp ground red pepper
1 clove garlic, minced

Marinate chicken or beef for 30 minutes at room temperature or 4 hours in refrigerator.

Great marinade for fajitas!
