Stroganoff

2 lbs. ground beef
1 onion, diced
1 green pepper, diced
10-12 fresh mushrooms, sliced or 4 oz can of sliced mushrooms
1 pkg Tofutti Cream Cheese
1/2 cup Tofutti Sour Cream
1/2 cup water
garlic, salt, pepper, onion powder to taste

Brown the ground beef. Add onion, green pepper, and mushrooms and cook until onions are translucent. Add cream cheese, sour cream, water, and spices and simmer for another 5 minutes.

Serve over Brown Rice Pasta.

Serves 4-6.

btw- took a peek at a few of your recipes. I noticed your CFCF cookie recipe. We will have to try that. My son has Celiac so we are always looking for good GF recipes? Since this is my first time here, I haven't peeked around enough to know, but do you have someone in your house that needs to eat GF?

I will take a peek at some of your other recipes when I get a chance!
