This recipe comes my my Mother-in-law. She gave me a dozen recipes or so when I married her son, they were all his favorite dishes. I was able to easily convert it to GFCF.

2 lbs ground beef
1/2 cup saltines (crushed) - or 1/2 cup Glutino Pretzels (crushed)
salt & pepper
pinch of savory
1 egg
1/2 cup milk or milk substitute (I used Dari-free)
onions (1/2 - 1 onion depending on how much onion you like)

Mix well and bake for 1 - 1 1/4 hours at 350 degrees.

It turned out ok - but kind of fell apart while I was cutting it. I think I need to add more crushed pretzels or flour or something to help it bind together better.
